I was impressed by your readiness to help me find this mattress in an admittedly uncommon size. As I mentioned before on the phone, I found comparison shopping for this mattress to be complicated by the fact that some of your competitors were amazingly unwilling to try to help me. I could have saved myself a lot of phoning around if I had stopped with what was my first call, this past Saturday. Futon Planet has the lowest advertized prices for Otis mattresses that I've found. And the only other dealer that was as eager to help was asking nearly half-again the price that I got through you.

I would just like to say that even though I have not received my futon from futonplanet.com, when I ordered the futon sofa online I received a call from the owner about 2 hours later with some additional information about my order and they wanted to inform me that I will want to make sure to get some extra pieces that are normally not needed but always offered with futon mattresses. Furthermore when the shipping labels were being created I received another call to confirm my the address that was being auto filled was in fact going to work, as opposed to just accepting it and letting it go. Over all I have been very pleased with their service, selection, and professionalism offered to clients well outside their store area.

I will happily be recommending them to friends and family when they are looking for a new futon.

We ordered a frame for my 14-year-old son. We needed something simple yet sturdy. All of the bed frames we looked at locally were cheap pieces of junk. Most of them were horribly ugly and lacked the simple, clean style I wanted for my son's room.

One Swedish furniture company had several beds on their web site which met our criteria. When I attempted to place an order, I found the shipping to our mid-western locale was astronomical. The shipping was more than three times the price of the bed and totally not worth it. I could have driven to their store in Illinois, stayed in a luxury hotel, purchased the bed, and driven back with it for less than what they were going to charge for shipping.

I googled platform futon bed frames and the results included FutonPlanet. Your company had a nice selection and the prices were awesome. When I found out shipping was free (which I didn't believe it until I ran a test-order) I was sold. I negotiated with my son (I wanted him to have the Soho he wanted the Journeyman to "store" things under) and we placed the order for the Journeyman. Everything about the process was excellent. I received the right number of confirmation emails to inform me of the order progress and then the bed showed up exactly on the day we expected.

When we put the bed together, I was amazed at the quality of the wood, good instructions (I am a writer) and the ease of construction. Totally awesome, FutonPlanet!!! I am telling my friends, family, and co-workers.
