Factory Direct Futons

Most of the futons we sell are factory direct products. That means in most cases they are shipped directly to your home or apartment right from the manufacturer via FedEx, UPS or another carrier. Factory direct futons from Futon Planet have helped to build our company and make us one of the leading futon dealers in the world.

Factory Direct Futon Frames

Most futon frames ship directly from the factory as well. Some futon frames can be shipped via FedEx or UPS, while others ship to your home through an LtL carrier. Please note that most futon frames arrive to our customers undamaged and we work hard to reduce damages which means we have one of the lowest damage rates in the industry. However, in the off-chance you do notice a damaged box, please note it on the bill when accepting the product. This will help us to ship you replacement parts as quickly as possible. In most cases we will require a picture so we may file a claim and you will be required to provide that in the rare event of a damage.

Factory Direct Futon Mattresses

Factory direct futon mattresses usually ship out of one of our facilities within 3-5 business days. Your futon mattress will usually come vacuum packed and will take several days to two weeks to reach its highest loft after unpacking. In most cases futon mattresses ship via FedEx or UPS.

Futon Covers

Futon covers ship directly from the manufacturer. Futon covers ship out with in 3-5 business days when possible. Custom futon covers may take longer of course. If you are not sure if you are buying a custom futon cover, please feel free to contact us.

Futon Planet Outlets

Our outlet prices are not available online. Many of the products we sell are items that were on sale or clearance by manufacturers offering additional discounts for bulk purchases. Because of the nature of our business, we do not ship these products to Internet customers.
