I wanted to write, to tell you how happy my husband and I are, about our new King size Gold Bond All Cotton Futon. It arrived two days earlier than expected! The sales associate I spoke with on the phone, to place the order, could not have been nicer. The futon is great! I had some reservations about ordering from an online company, but I read the other testimonials and trusted you. We are more than pleased! I would HIGHLY recommend you to anyone who is looking for an all cotton futon. They are hard to come by these days. I certainly will order again from you and tell all our friends.

I wish to thank for the super-fast delivery of our new futon frame. We placed the order for the 'Mission' frame on Monday, July 2nd, 2007, and received it on Friday same week! Putting together the parts was OK - it took my husband less than 2 hours. Even more, we are very satisfied with the quality of the frame - it feels much better to sit now than before. As a student I spend half of my days sitting on the futon writing homework assignments (and watching TV during the breaks), so it is really important for me to feel comfortably.

I just wanted to tell Futon Planet that the Rembrandt Rock Solid futon and Sapphire mattress that I ordered last week arrived. I am extremely pleased with both the frame and the mattress. I am even more pleased with the service that Futon Planet provided. Amy answered all of my questions on the Live Chat and provided further information that helped me choose a frame and mattress with which I would be happy.
In addition, an email I sent was answered promptly and thoroughly, and a phone inquiry I made was handled with concern and knowledge. I also appreciated the email informing me about shipping status. The products arrived exactly when the email promised them. I have been Looking around for quite a while for a good option as far as a futon goes as a full-time sleeping surface. And your company has been very helpful.
